How do I work with an individual?
After 8 years of creating my own businesses and mentoring another 19 women over the past 3, I believe that every individual needs a journey that is specific to them as we all truly need something different to achieve our unique deep rooted transformative results to lead and grow within our maximum potential. That's why I only offer mentoring on a 1:1 basis.
If you are suitable for my programme and I am the right mentor for you, I will guide you on a transformative journey within yourself and your business. Together, we will develop your knowledge and deeper understanding and trust of yourself and your business to foster expansive growth. We will gain clarity and vision on what your business stands for and how it will move forward.
Throughout this journey, I will be there to support and guide you every step of the way. We will have weekly or bi-weekly one-hour Zoom sessions, and I will provide additional support throughout the week as needed. This is important because there may be times when I guide you into spaces and opportunities that feel exciting but also new and at times vulnerable.
Through my experience, proven methods, tools, and unique sensitive intuition, I will mentor and coach you to help you thrive as your truest self and to reach your maximum potential. Please read below to see the core programs I offer to an individual initially, which, at the 6-month point, may continue as an ongoing mentorship through your personal development and business expansion. I only work with five women at a time, and if you need a different kind of support or consultancy to align with where you are in your business journey, I will accommodate and personalise it on a case-by-case basis if I believe I am the right mentor for you.

Who is my ideal client?
I work exclusively with women, as I am deeply passionate about supporting and empowering them in their personal and business journeys. I understand the common challenges and specific support that women often need, which is why I am dedicated to helping them excel in their true business desires and expand into their potential. Many women experience feelings of being underqualified, imposter syndrome, a sense of unworthiness, or fear of showing up as their true selves, which can hold them back. Drawing from my experience and own business and personal journey towards abundance and growth, I have learned that it is not always the "how" and "what" that we need support in, but rather the "why" we struggle to move forward from our current positions.
What I require in a mentee is a woman who are ready to invest in her journey that requires vulnerability and discipline in taking action we work on to grow where I guide you. I am here to provide support throughout this process. It is important to have some business experience and be either in the process of wanting to build a business based on your passion, desires, and what truly matters to you, or you already have an existing business leading from this space and feel stuck, resistance, wanting my expertise to expand or unclear about its direction. I also work with women who have a burning desire to step into their purpose and build a new business but need guidance in bringing it to fruition.
My experience in business and mentoring individuals in their mindset spans from the very beginning of an individual's journey to establish a strong business foundation, messaging and clear direction. To streamlining processes, developing income and marketing strategies, and improving profit margins. I also assist in where a woman or her business has evolved and is facing uncertainty, a stagnant space, or support with her next chapter!
Why a journey with me might be right for you?
If you are reading this and my methods and examples resonate with you personally, and you believe that embarking on a journey with myself could be what you are seeking, it is an incredibly fulfilling experience. I am naturally nurturing, incredibly supporting and intuitive as a mentor, but I expect the individual who enters my program to be ready to take action, disciplined to work alone and be accountable for their own growth.
I have a strong commitment to teaching and strive to achieve the best results for each woman. Leading women on their journey of purpose is absolutely mine.
There is no need to fear, as every woman who enrolls with me is on a collaborative journey. I describe this experience as your "river of vulnerability." The thing you desire, dream of, feel unqualified for, or believe is years away, lies on the other side of the riverbank you are standing across from. There is an enormous river in between, with possible unexpected rapids, logs, and even crocodiles. It is why we often resist change or committing to something new due to the fear of the unknown, the possibility of being exposed or overwhelmed and the surrender to living behind what no longer serves us.
I stand in that river. I will guide you through the swim and allow you to tread water when needed. I will steer you in the right direction when you get distracted and provide you with personal tools to help you cross. However, I cannot swim it for you, and I cannot push you in. Rest assured, I won't let you drown.
