What Laura stands for and who she works with?

I am incredibly passionate about facilitating change for women, helping them feel seen, heard, and evolve as their truest selves. To reach their maximum potential in a life and business that is fully true to themselves.

My goal is to support them in embodying and leading with purpose in their business journey and life. I understand that this can be particularly challenging for women hugely due to the effects of systemic oppression and what the world has taught us to be.

In the twists and turns of my own journey and through working with past clients, I have observed deep-rooted beliefs of imposter syndrome, perfectionism, a lack of belief in their own deserving and feeling invalidated when it comes to showing up and building a business based on their passions, life experiences and what they truly care to be apart of to make impactful change.

I approach my work intuitively, combining my extensive business knowledge and experience with the ability to read and develop an individual's untapped potential I see, which they may struggle to believe or trust on their own. All the development tools and techniques I use are tailored to the specific needs of the individual I am working with.
